About Armoloy of Connecticut
Armoloy of Connecticut has been a leader of top quality metal finishing since 1974. From our Bristol location, Armoloy provides our coating services to the world. We are located twenty miles south-west of Hartford in a modern 10,000 square foot facility nearby to Bristol’s Theme Park “Lake Compounce” and the flagship sports television network, “ESPN”.
Where have Armoloy’s coating been used? Well, from small machine shops to outer space projects, and just about everything in between. Our chromium-based products include Nodular Thin Dense Chrome or NTDC, XADC, & BIO-TDC®. Each of our products are designed for specific services but can be applied to a variety of industry applications and specifications. Armoloy of Connecticut currently holds certifications to AS 9001D, as well as having accreditation by the National Aerospace Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP), and are ITAR Registered. Furthermore, working directly with Toxikon in Bedford, MA, Armoloy’s BIO-TDC® coating has undergone rigorous testing to pass testing of cytotoxicity, systemic toxicity, intracutaneous irritation, implantation, sensitization, hemolysis human blood-direct contact, and material-mediated pyrogenicity. From this testing done with Toxikon, our company has been awarded certification to ISO 10993 and USP 24, 2000.
Armoloy’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the area of engineered coatings and includes a commitment to safety, health, and the environment, as well.
